All at Maxwell Amenity were delighted to welcome BIGGA CEO Jim Croxton to our headquarters in Allscott, Telford. The visit coincided with Maxwell’s announcement that they will be showcasing a stand at the BTME exhibition and conference in Harrogate held on the 22nd to the 24th of January 2019.
The visit builds on Maxwell Amenity’s growth within the golf sector over the last two years and this can be attributed to the significant and continued investment in product research and development from the company. This has seen several industry leading golf courses utilise Maxwell Amenity’s qualified and experienced team for agronomic advice and choose them as their primary supplier of turf consumable products.
According to Maxwell Amenity’s Marketing and Sales Director Dan Hughes; “Having attended BTME in recent years, the vibrancy and professionalism of the show has been evident. As we have grown our presence in the golf sector through our trading divisions of Amenity Land Solutions (ALS) and Pitchcare, it is pleasing to be able to use the support of our golf course customer base and reinvest back into their member organisation.
Jim’s visit to our headquarters hopefully gives BIGGA a better understanding of our business and presents opportunities to work together to better support BIGGA members, and some of the excellent industry initiatives they are continuing to deliver to greenkeepers.”
On his visit to Maxwell Amenity’s headquarters Jim commented that “It was great to get an insight into the scale and range of Maxwell Amenity’s activity, we’re delighted that they will be joining us at what promises to be a fantastic BTME in January and I look forward to working more closely, to benefit our members, in the future.”
